At The Buttermilk Barn we have a wide variety of themed workshops covering cuisines from around the world.

Most of courses are NOT demonstrations, they are 'hands-on' and at the end of each session you take away what you have cooked.

ALL THE INGREDIENTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE SESSION AND WE PROVIDE APRONS AND RECIPES

  • One for seafood lovers!  Our chef will show you how to properly fillet a fish, prepare and cook lobster, scallops as well as cooking a delicious fish recipe.

    You will have the option to use various flavours in your cake mixture and butter icing and we will show you how to get a lovely swirly affect on top of each cake.

    We also have some gorgeous decorations to finish off your cakes - your family will be amazed when you take your wonderful creations home.
